Gordon has extensive E&P experience from Norway, UK, Denmark and the Netherlands from various technical and executive roles. Prior to joining APC in 2017 Gordon served as Vice-President Cost Leadership and Continuous Improvement at the Royal Dutch Shell Group. She has also served as Global Production Development Manager at the Royal Dutch Shell Group (2013-15), Managing director at Shell Denmark (2010-13), Cross-Border Asset Leader at Shell EP Europe (2003-09), Shell UK Asset manager (1999-2003) further to various roles within petroleum engineering and asset management.

Further to her role at APC Gordon is Chair of Judicial Appointments Board for Scotland, Chair of Strategy Advisory Board at Heriot Watt University’s Institute of Petroleum Engineering, Trustee and director of Arts&Business Scotland and Edinburgh Printmakers, Director of Scottish Oil Club.
